Three Characteristics and Wai Kru

The three characteristics of anicca, dukkha and anatta are the basis for a study of any system of medicine rooted in Buddha Dhamma. We will be looking at these along with other aspects of medical theory which have been passed down through the teachings of the Buddha.

For those just starting out or are newly interested in study, this is an excellent entry point to a study of Thai traditional medicine. While those already on their path of study can take this opportunity to refresh our foundation and fill in any gaps in our understanding.

• We will be making offerings before class and will make an offering for each of you as well, even if you will only be joining for a portion of class.

• We will do wai kru before and after class each day. We will provide emailed versions for everyone.

• We will try to have the Zoom classroom open 5-10 minutes before the start of things, but sometimes mornings get jammed up so I appreciate your patience and understanding!

• Zoom link will be shared before class time along with wai kru and class materials.
