Join us for a free dhamma talk exploring bhāvanā — the cultivation of mind. Whether you are a Buddhadhamma practitioner, interested in meditation, or simply seeking greater focus and peace amidst life's busy-ness, this talk given by a traditional Buddhist yogi, will offer valuable insight and understanding from a traditional approach to the development of tranquillity (samatha-bhāvanā) otherwise known as calm abiding, and the development of clear seeing (vipassanā-bhāvanā), i.e. insight. 

This talk is applicable to all backgrounds and experience levels. No prior experience necessary – all are welcome!
